Build a supportive relationship to help identify personal strengths and disrupt unhealthy patterns to set you on a path to healing. As a Resident in Counseling, I work directly with adults and parents to provide tools that support caretaking for self and others.

Learn interventions to tackle behavioral and relationship challenges with children. When our children are struggling it often helps to step back and pinpoint where they need to build skills. I identify focus areas and teach skills to pass on to your child leaving you with a plan that helps you feel confident in your parenting.
